Our Journey
Our Founder comes from a family of businessmen with experience passed down from generations. Vendstop was later born out of the diversification of our family-owned businesses. The journey so far has had its share of ups and downs, but every minute of it has been rewarding. Our experience in Vending so far:
2000
Began importing machines to test the vending machine market in the country. Soon started investing in R&D and development of own hardware.
2006
Started own manufacturing in Vadodara. At the time, we were the only domestic manufacturer and supplier with a major market share.
2006 – 2015
Supplied few thousand vending machines to the Indian and overseas markets between 2006 and 2015.
2015
Had an exclusive joint venture tie up with a foreign company to help with designing and manufacturing highest quality machines for the Indian market. This enabled us to support large quantities of 2000-3000 machines a year. Vendstop as a new brand was born then.
2016
Began manufacturing and supplying newly designed high quality vending machines in India.
2017
Shifted our main manufacturing operations overseas, with certain assembly and customization still being done in India.
2019
We hit a milestone of supplying more than 500 machines in the 19-20 financial year.
2020 – 2022
A challenging time for the business as Covid-19 hit. But with hard work and perseverance, we managed to sail through.
2022
Had a good recovery year and supplied over 500 machines in 22-23 financial year. We expanded our reach by setting up our own base in Dubai, UAE, to cater to the Middle Eastern market and eventually other countries. Machines were well accepted and compared to European manufactured machines in terms of performance.
2016 – 2022
Supplied over 2000 machines to the Indian market became a leader in the vending machine space between 2016 and 2022.
2023
We strive to have our best year in 2023 in terms of volume. We also plan to introduce new models of machines to cater to new verticals. We expect to supply between 750-1000 machines to the Indian and Middle Eastern markets.
