How We Built a Vending Revolution

It started with a single machine. A small vending unit was placed inside a hospital in Vadodara, quietly offering snacks and beverages to doctors and nurses who barely had time to sit down. Patients and their families, waiting through long hours, found comfort in it too. It offered a quick bite, a drink, and a small sense of normalcy in a place filled with uncertainty.

It wasn’t groundbreaking or a headline-worthy innovation. But in that busy hallway, it became something essential. A small, reliable moment of convenience in a place where every second counts.

That machine is still there. And so are we.

From Small Beginnings to Big Ideas

Our first model, VST03, was compact and efficient. It did what vending machines were meant to do. But we saw a bigger opportunity.

In 2018, we introduced VST01, a larger, upgraded machine. It became our standard size and was stronger, better, and designed for high-traffic areas.

Around the same time, digital payments were changing the way people shopped and no one wanted to carry cash. We adapted, integrating Paytm payments into our machines. Suddenly, buying a snack was as simple as scanning a QR code.

Then came a turning point. A large multinational client needed a large vending solution. We stepped up with our two body vending system, designed for high volume, efficiency and lower cost. It was a breakthrough. We went beyond simply making machines to solving industry-wide problems.

By 2019, things were falling into place. Our machines were everywhere, demand was growing, and we had our best year yet. We forecasted exponential growth from 2020 onwards.

Then COVID-19 hit.

Overnight, vending machines filled with snacks and drinks became irrelevant because people were afraid to touch them. Offices shut down, foot traffic disappeared, and the world seemed to freeze. We had two choices: wait for things to go back to normal or redefine what vending could be.

We chose the second.

Instead of snacks, we expanded into new industries, creating vending machines for PPE, medicine, and stationery. People still needed these essentials, but they needed a safer and more reliable way to access them. Vending was no longer just a matter of speed. It became a way to solve real-world problems, making critical supplies available without the need for human contact. By adapting to changing needs, we proved that vending could be a convenience and a solution.

In 2022, we took our biggest step yet. We established another company in Dubai, marking our expansion beyond India. The response was strong, confirming that the demand for smart vending solutions had no borders.

By 2024, we introduced frozen vending machines, high end wall-mounted models, and custom machines designed to store both hot and cold items. At the Bharat Mobility Expo in early 2025, our wall-mounted models stood out, offering a sleek, space-saving solution for modern businesses. These machines had large screens, were interactive and as robust as our full size machines.

Each innovation pushed the boundaries of what vending could do, transforming it into something more versatile and efficient than ever before.

What’s Next?

2025-2026 is the beginning of a new chapter. We are stepping into new markets, exploring new industries, and bringing new ideas to life as vending becomes a smarter, more adaptable solution that meets real needs in real places.

And to think, it all started with one machine in a hospital hallway.

Our journey is far from over. It’s only getting started.
